Public Notice: Request for Bid

Sealed proposals will be received at the office of St. Clair County Transit District, 27 North Illinois Street, Belleville, Illinois, until 1:30 P.M., Wednesday, August 3, 2022, for the 2022 Trail Sealing Project. The sealed proposals will be publicly opened and read at 1:35 P.M., Wednesday, August 3, 2022.

The proposed improvements consist of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to clean, crack seal and seal including pavement markings for the existing MetroLink Bike Trail. All work to be completed BY October 1, 2022.

Please register your email with the SCCTD by emailing Tony Erwin to terwin@scctd.org advising your company has obtained bid documents.

Any contractors that wish to bid must enter into Project Labor Agreement. No Bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the actual date of opening thereof. The St. Clair County Transit District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bidding.
