“The Muny Express is just one more service we can provide to our residents and visitors,” said Chairman of St. Clair County Transit District Board Herb Simmons. “Transit can get you there – work or play, and we are continuing to look at ways to strengthen our service in 2019. Muny Express and Red Bird Express are great examples of SCCTD providing access to some of the key destinations in the region,” he continued.
