SCCTD Trustee Recognized for Decades of Public Service

On November 27, St. Clair County Chairman Mark Kern recognized St. Clair County Transit District Trustee Toni Perrin for her decades of public service with a proclamation in her honor.   Ms. Perrin joined the Board of Trustees for the District in 2019, and she has been instrumental in ensuring the success of transit in the region.
