St. Clair County Transit District’s “GO TRAILing” Program Underway SUMMER-LONG EFFORT ENABLES RESIDENTS TO TRACK MILES ON TRAILS AND EARN PRIZES

Get moving this summer with the St. Clair County Transit District’s (SCCTD) “GO TRAILing” program.  Earn incentives this summer by exploring SCCTD’s MetroBikeLink System, which features more than 30 miles of interconnecting trails and bike paths in Southwestern Illinois.  Through the “GO TRAILing” program, people of all ages can track the miles they ride, walk, roll, hike, run, skip or jump along the trail system from May 11 to August 11 and earn prizes like a bike helmet, t-shirt, hat, and more.

I'm a bike and Metro commuter and use both on a daily basis. I take the train to St. Louis every day and ride the bike on the MetroBikeLink every evening to Scott Air Force Base and then back to Belleville. I love both! We moved here 4 years ago from Washington, DC.
