The St. Clair County Transit District has released an RFP for the following:

PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING AT
EMERSON PARK METRO STATION

EAST ST. LOUIS, ILLINOIS 62205

FGMA PROJECT NUMBER: 21-3118.01

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project consists of a new two-story Public Safety Building, approximately 16,113 square feet in size. A
majority of the building envelope is constructed of precast insulated concrete panels with a portion of the
facility constructed as an ICC 500 storm shelter.
