Proposals Requested for SCCTD Belleville Station HVAC Replacement Project
Sealed proposals will be received at the office of St. Clair County Transit District, 27 North Illinois Street, Belleville, Illinois, until 1:30 P.M., Wednesday, July 12, 2023, for the Belleville Station HVAC Replacement Project. The sealed proposals will be publicly opened and read at 1:35 P.M., Wednesday, July 12, 2023.
The proposed improvements consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to remove and replace four (4) HVAC roof top units. All work to be completed BY November 15, 2023.
Bid documents can be obtained from the scctd.org website. Please register your email with the SCCTD by emailing Tony Erwin to terwin@scctd.org advising your company has obtained bid documents.
Any contractors that wish to bid must enter into Project Labor Agreement.
No Bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the actual date of opening thereof. The St. Clair County Transit District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bidding.
