REQUEST FOR BIDS: 2024 Emergency Call Box Removal & Replacement

Sealed proposals will be received at the office of St. Clair County Transit District, 27 North Illinois Street, Belleville, Illinois, until 10:30 A.M., Wednesday, September 11th, 2024, for the 2024 EMERGENCY CALL BOX REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT project. The sealed proposals will be publicly opened and read at 10:35 A.M., Wednesday, September 11th, 2024. The proposed improvements consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to remove existing and install new Emergency Call Boxes, located along the SCCTD Bike Trail System. This scope includes removal of trash, final grading, seeding, fertilizing and mulch at the specified locations.

Bid documents can be obtained from the scctd.org website. Please register your email with the SCCTD by emailing Tony Erwin at terwin@scctd.org and Austin Rauscher at arauscher@scctd.org advising your company has obtained bid documents.

Any contractors that wish to bid must enter into Project Labor Agreement.

No Bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the actual date of opening thereof. The St. Clair County Transit District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bidding.
