Transit is a great way to get to Fair St. Clair at the Belle-Clair Fairgrounds as a fair goer this July. Continually operating shuttles will be available July 30 – August 1 each day in addition to regular transit service. There will be no parking available at the fairgrounds.
FAIR ST. CLAIR SHUTTLE:
The Fair St. Clair Shuttle will provide direct round-trip service between the Belleville MetroLink Station, 718 Scheel Street, and the fairgrounds on July 30, July 31 and August 1. There is complimentary parking at the station.
The free shuttle will run from 9 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. each day with continuous round-trip service.
TRANSIT SERVICE:
Complimentary public transit service will be available daily serving downtown Belleville and the Belle-Clair Fairgrounds. There will be 8 passenger stops along the continuous loop route. This service will run from 9 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., with the route beginning at First Street, continuing along First Street to the fairgrounds and returning via Jackson Street with a connection back to First Street.
Quick tips to get you there:
- There is NO parking at the Fairgrounds. Transit, walking or ridesharing are the options.
- Transit service for the fair is free.
- Free parking at Belleville MetroLink Station to catch the shuttle.

Fair Admission – $10 for Adults, $5 for Kids 5-12 and Free for Kids Under 5
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian age 21 or older. One adult may accompany no more than 3 minors. Identification may be required.
- BAG LIMIT: 10″ x 8″ x 10″ maximum. Clear plastic bags or small purses/bags only. No backpacks. Medical and diaper bags are permitted but will be searched.
- All guests and bags are subject to security screening.
NOT ALLOWED FOR ANY REASON
- Weapons of any kind, including firearms, knives, pepper spray and fireworks.
- Outside food or drinks, except infant formula or items required for medical, disability or documented dietary needs.
- Pets. ADA service animals are permitted but must remain under control.
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances or cannabis products.
- Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, golf carts, drones or remote-controlled aircraft. Mobility devices used by individuals with disabilities are permitted.
WHILE AT THE FAIR
- No smoking or vaping except in designated areas.
- No fighting, threats, harassment or disruptive behavior.
- Obscene, threatening or harassing clothing is prohibited.
- Face coverings are prohibited except for medical, disability or religious reasons.
- NO RE-ENTRY without purchasing new admission.
