Please indicate the starting point and ending point on the SCCTD MetroBikeLink that will be used for your event. For example, "Belleville Transit Center to Shiloh-Scott Transit Center." Reference MetroBikeLink map at www.scctd.org.

I Understand and Agree to the Following Requirements:(Required)

Certificate of Insurance to include "St. Clair County Transit District" as additional insured

Event signs, stakes, flags, etc., shall be placed so they do not create a hazard for trail users and must be removed at the end of the event

No painting of any kind is allowed on the trail

All trash and debris must be picked up and removed at the end of the event

Posted trail rules must be followed at all times during the event

All minors shall be accompanied by an adult. The number of minors per adult shall conform with existing State and Federal guidelines
