SCCTD Internship Opportunity to Work to Deliver New Transit Services

St. Clair County Transit District (SCCTD) is offering a paid internship to market innovative Mobility on Demand (MOD) transportation service within St. Clair County. This new transportation service model is often referred as microtransit.  Microtransit mimics Uber or Lyft type service delivery model but with the emphasis on public transportation.

Since 2019 SCCTD has provided quality Mobility on Demand service with two separate brands of delivery service.  The first service model became the SCCTD Flyer with technology powered by Ford Motor Company.  The subsequent service model became the SCCTD VanGo utilizing European technology.
