Project Description:
IMPACT Strategies, as the selected General Contractor, is requesting subcontractor bids for the St. Clair County Transit District ‐ ATS Alterations ‐ Task Orders 001, 002, 003 & 004 projects in Belleville and East St. Louis, IL. This is a tax-exempt project and will require certified payroll based on local prevailing wage rates.
This project consists of interior renovations to (3) separate tenant spaces at St. Clair County Transit District locations. For accounting purposes, please break out your pricing for each of the (3) tenant spaces.
The St. Clair County Transit District encourages participation of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) for their construction projects. A goal of 25% DBE business or employee (workforce) utilization has been set for this project. Building trade work required for this job includes, but is not limited to, Selective Interior Demolition, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Drywall, Flooring, Painting, Interior Signage, Restroom Accessories, Finish Carpentry, Glass/Glazing, Design/Build Fire Protection, Design/Build Plumbing, Design/Build HVAC and Design/Build Electrical.
IMPACT Strategies is hosting a pre‐bid meeting Friday, February 14, 2020 at 10:00 AM for all interested contractors. Please meet representatives of IMPACT at the Scheel Street location (718 Scheel Street, Suite C ‐ Belleville) for the start of the meeting.
