Request for Proposals – MetroBikeLink 2020 Trail Sealing Project

The St. Clair County District has released an RFP for work for paving and sealing work on the  MetroBikeLink system due Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.  The project deadline for completion is October 31, 2020.  Download full RFP here.

Sealed proposals will be received at the office of St. Clair County Transit District, 27 North Illinois Street, Belleville, Illinois, until 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, September 9, 2020, for the 2020 Trail Sealing Project. The sealed proposals will be publicly opened and read at 10:05 A.M., Wednesday, September 9, 2020.
The proposed improvements consist of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to clean, crack seal and seal including pavement markings for the existing MetroLink Bike Trail. All work to be completed BY October 31, 2020.

Any contractors that wish to bid must enter into Project Labor Agreement.

No Bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the actual date of opening thereof. The St. Clair County Transit District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bidding.
