REQUEST FOR BIDS: Video File Storage Solution
Sealed proposals will be received at the office of St. Clair County Transit District, 27 North Illinois Street, Belleville, Illinois, on or before 3:00 p.m. on Thursday December 5, 2024 for the 2024 ATS – Video File Storage Solution.
Sealed Proposals must be labeled “St. Clair County Transit District ATS – VIDEO FILE STORAGE SOLUTION” and be mailed or delivered to St. Clair County Transit District at27 North Illinois Ave, Belleville, IL 62220 on or before 3:00 p.m. on December 5, 2024.
Late submissions will not be considered. Upon receipt all RFP’s will be opened, evaluated for compliance, and the selected vendor will be presented for approval and award.
Bid documents can be obtained from the scctd.org website. Please register your email with the SCCTD by emailing Tony Erwin at terwin@scctd.org and Austin Rauscher at arauscher@scctd.org advising your company has obtained bid documents.
No Bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the actual date of opening thereof. The St. Clair County Transit District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bidding.
