REQUEST FOR BIDS: SCCTD MetroBikeLink 2025 Trail Sealing Project
The St. Clair County Transit District will receive sealed bids until 9:00A.M. on JULY 10, 2025 at:

All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 9:05 A.M. on JULY 10, 2025. The sealed bids must be delivered to and received by the St. Clair County Transit District before 9:00A.M. on JULY 10.
This work shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to edge the trail, clean the trail surface as required for product placement to crack seal, pavement seal and replace pavement markings within the limits of the project.
IDOT Prequalification is required for all bidders.
No less than the prevailing rate of wages, as determined in accordance with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, shall be paid to all laborers, operators, teamsters, masons, plumbers, and any workers employed in the construction on this project. Project Labor Agreement (PLA) shall be required.
The Project Specifications, Provisions, and Proposal Packet are available for download from the www.scctd.org website. Bids will not be accepted or opened which have been received from any bidder who is not a bid document holder of record.
