Partners Set to Unveil East St. Louis Transit Stop Transformation Project on April 9

Make plans to join area dignitaries, project leaders and the community at-large as Citizens for Modern Transit, St. Clair County Transit District and AARP in St. Louis unveil the “Transit Stop Transformation” at theMetroBus stop located in front of Walgreens at 2510 State Street in East St. Louis. The grand opening event is set for Thursday, April 9 at 9 a.m. and the public is invited to attend the ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the stop which will be completely transformed with new seating options, shade, and greenery.
