Construction to Require Bus Shuttles to Replace Some MetroLink Service on Two Upcoming Weekends

Please note: Metro Transit has announced that MetroLink will operate under normal service configurations this weekend, October 11 through Sunday, October 12. A previous version of this post indicated service between Union Station and 8th & Pine would be paused.

Metro Transit has announced that MetroLink will not operate between select stations on two upcoming weekends in September and October to accommodate track maintenance and bridge demolition work. During these temporary service outages, MetroLink Station Shuttles will transport riders by bus between the affected stations. MetroLink riders traveling through these areas should expect delays of up to 30 minutes.

• Saturday, September 27 through Sunday, September 28 – No MetroLink service between East Riverfront and Emerson Park Stations
  • Bus shuttles will be available to move passengers between the East Riverfront, 5th & Missouri, and Emerson Park Stations.
• Saturday, October 4 through Sunday, October 5 – No MetroLink service between Delmar Loop and Forest Park-DeBaliviere Stations
  • Bus shuttles will be available to move passengers between the Delmar Loop and Forest Park-DeBaliviere Stations
