Changes Coming to several IL MetroBus Routes

Metro Transit in partnership with the St. Clair County Transit District will make significant changes to 18 current MetroBus routes in Missouri and Illinois on Monday, December 2, 2024, to improve transit service for customers.  Five MetroBus routes in Ill will be impacted.

According to Metro Transit, these improvements are possible due to the success of Metro’s recruitment efforts over the last year, which have strengthened workforce numbers and added dozens of new operators to the team.
