Partners Release RFP for Educational Campaign Around SCCTD Flyer Services

Citizens for Modern Transit (“CMT”) and the St. Clair County Transit District are seeking a graphic design consultant to assist with the SCCTD Flyer program in St. Clair County, IL to build and promote ridership on the Microtransit system and connecting transit system in early 2027. The deadline for submission is November 20, 2027.
